MULTIMEDIA SMARTPHONE WITH 12 MEGAPIXEL CAMERA

The Mobile Word Congress (MWC) this year was very interested. Nokia, Samsung, LG, and Sony Ericsson released their extraordinary products. One of them was the product from Sony Ericsson, IDOU (read: I Do). The multimedia smartphone with 12 megapixel camera.

IDOU itself is a codename and it is still under construction. It is rare for SE to show their under development product legally. But, may be it's just show force before other rivals appear their own products.

What is extraordinary of this product? So many.
Idou uses full touchscreen like iPhone. The screen that dominates the front face of the phone will be the ful access for user to operate all function of the phone. The screen has accelerometer sensor with 3.5 inch, 360x640 pixel and 16 million colors. Beside that, Idou uses 12 megapixel camera. It looks that SE has no patient to start new resolution of camera phone, even this time still in 8 megapixel trend. If Idou is released this year, it feels sure that other vendors will follow to release 12 MP camera phone.

The camera which has 4256x2832 pixel also completed with specific fitures of Sony Ericsson camera phone, such as face detection, smile detection, autofocus, and Xenon flash. Next, Idou completed with HSDPA, WiFi with DLNA, EDGE, and GPRS.

On the other hand, we still confused with the Operating System in Idou. Actually, Idou is not just complete multimedia phone, but this phone is created as a smartphone with wider function. From the information, Idou will apply Symbian OS, but most people predicted Idou will apply Symbian Touch like Nokia 5800. It hasn't confirmed yet, but it could be like this, as a full touchscreen concept.

The big question is, in what family will Iduo included? The Cyber Shot? Smartphone? or other?. Hmmm..... Idou is very interested. We hope it releases soon.

7. Memory & Processor. These two components are very important in processing and saving the data. Processor is the main part for the phone process maximally. Nokia E71 uses CPU ARM11 369 Mhz. This speed is fast enough when we want to jump from one application to the others, or when we do the multitasking. But, this speed is nothing when we compare with Asus P552W. The speed is 624 Mhz. The Internal memory for Nokia E71 is 110 MB for internal and until 8GB for external memory (Micro SD).
8. Design. As the business phone, Nokia E71 uses qwerty keypad. It will help for typing any messages like SMS, email, and document. Such part like bettery cover and front face are made of metal. Qwerty or Finger Touch

       The handphones model trend is changing. It was as a style so there were many fashion phones. Now? The fashion trend is decreasing, although there are still some fashion phone products. Today, smartphone is the choice to raise up the style. Is it because of Blackberry that is wanted by people, so the the trend is changing?
